The Ecuadorian government publishes monthly directories of all employees at every ministry through the transparency portal. You can download the complete lists in CSV, PDF, or XLSX format.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Every employee at the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana, including visa and consular affairs divisions.

SENESCYT
Employee directory for the Secretaría de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación. Note: SENESCYT appears to have stopped publishing monthly updates — the most recent available data is from August 2025. Older months are still accessible.

Why This Is Useful
If your visa application or SENESCYT degree registration is stalled, being able to contact specific people can help you get answers. The directories include email addresses and phone numbers for employees across all departments.
